What should I take? The capsules? Or tea? Or is the full tincture better?
The best way to decide which form of wild cardoon (capsules, tinctures, tea) you use is based on your life situation. In terms of cost, all variants are roughly the same.
Full tinctures according to Storl: The full tinctures can be dosed very flexibly and are therefore suitable for beginners to get to know or to experiment with the dosage. Longer applications are possible - even over months or years. Most tinctures contain a small amount of alcohol (25% vol.) and are therefore not suitable for children or pregnant women, for example. However, they can be kept for up to three years without refrigeration, even if they have already been opened.
The alcohol-free version must be stored in a cool place and has a guaranteed shelf life of about half a year. It is the best form of consumption for children because it tastes very sweet.
Organic teasel root capsules: Are you looking for alcohol-free wild teasel that is suitable for everyday use? Then the organic teasel root capsules are ideal. One capsule corresponds to 30 drops of the full tincture and is also a full substitute in terms of effectiveness. Ideally, you should store the capsules in a cool place or at least protected from sunlight.
During development, we placed great importance on the capsule size being small. With category "1" we have managed to do this well despite the large amount of content. Even people who have problems swallowing capsules generally have little difficulty with it - in many cases it also works well with children. And if it is easier: the capsules can be opened. Then the contents must be stirred into a spoonful of honey. This promotes absorption and partially replaces the capsule shell.
Dried teasel roots / leaves: The root tea replaces the tinctures and capsules, whereas the leaf tea contains even more bitter substances and thus supports normal detoxification.
Teasel Root Balm: The balm is intended for external use and penetrates local areas that are difficult to reach with purely systemic treatment (capsules, tinctures or tea). Severely affected joints or areas of the body that are repeatedly conspicuous can benefit more from it.
