Organic teasel leaves
The literature mainly focuses on the hidden part of the wild teasel. The book “Naturally Curing Lyme Disease” by Wolf-Dieter Storl, for example, describes the preparation of a tincture from the fresh teasel root. However, it is wrong to concentrate only on this part.
The Wild teasel has a lot to offer above ground too. In particular, the bitter aromas in the leaves are impressively intense.
Bitter substances can they body's own detoxification and are therefore often accompanying used for therapies against pathogens or after dental treatments. However, the leaf tea made from the wild organic teasel does not have a direct effect on Borrelia.
