According to Storl: The production of our organic cardoon root full tinctures is based on Wolf-Dieter Storl's book "Naturally Curing Lyme Disease". We only use fresh cardoon roots from certified organic German cultivation to produce the valuable plant extracts.

On average, our customers take 2 x 30 drops per day (morning and evening) for about 6 months.
