Gingerbread
Zutaten die Sie benötigen
- 7x protein
- 180g icing sugar
- 250g ground hazelnuts
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 100g sugar
- 50g each finely diced candied lemon and orange peel
- 10g cinnamon powder
- 1 packet of gingerbread spice
- 50g flour
- 100g fine oat flakes
- Baking wafers (8cm diameter)
- 200g chocolate coating (dark)
- 1 teaspoon of cardoon root tincture
Zubereitung
- Beat the egg whites until stiff and gradually fold in the sifted icing sugar
- In another bowl, mix the following ingredients well: hazelnuts, lemon juice, sugar, candied lemon peel, candied orange peel, cinnamon powder, gingerbread spice, flour, cardoon powder, oat flakes
- Fold these well-mixed ingredients into the beaten egg whites
- Place the dough in small heaps on the wafers
- Bake the gingerbread in a preheated oven at 180 degrees (fan oven 160 degrees) for about 15 minutes
- Cover the cooled gingerbread with dark chocolate coating
