Soy milk shake

for 2 glasses
- 300 ml soy milk
- 2 tbsp oat flakes
- 2 tbsp berries as desired
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil (e.g. linseed oil)
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon of cardoon root tincture
Zubereitung
- Mix all ingredients
- Serve chilled
- Instead of berries, other fresh fruits can be used as desired.
- This shake contains all the important basic ingredients of the diet and can therefore also be taken as a replacement for a meal.
