Soy milk shake

for 2 glasses

  • 300 ml soy milk
  • 2 tbsp oat flakes
  • 2 tbsp berries as desired
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil (e.g. linseed oil)
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon of cardoon root tincture

Zubereitung

  • Mix all ingredients
  • Serve chilled
  • Instead of berries, other fresh fruits can be used as desired.
  • This shake contains all the important basic ingredients of the diet and can therefore also be taken as a replacement for a meal.
