Easter Lampi

Zutaten die Sie benötigen

  • 100g butter
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 100g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 100g flour
  • 2 level teaspoons of baking powder
  • 1 packet of vanilla pudding powder
  • 150g vanilla yoghurt
  • Icing sugar for dusting
  • Fat and flour for the mold
  • 1 teaspoon of cardoon root tincture

Zubereitung

  • Beat butter, vanilla sugar and sugar until fluffy
  • Gradually stir in eggs
  • Mix the flour with the baking powder, pudding powder and cardoon powder and stir in together with the vanilla yoghurt
  • Pour dough into greased and floured lamb mold
  • Bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 180 degrees
  • Once cooled, dust with icing sugar.
