Gently rub the affected body areas twice daily with the burdock root balm and let it absorb for a few minutes.

The balm is often used to treat aching joints, even when no cause is apparent. In cases of Lyme disease, it is common for such pains to persist or recur even after the illness has passed. Burdock can be a real blessing here.

Traditionally, the ointment made from wild burdock is also a good home remedy for wounds or cracks. Wolf-Dieter Storl additionally describes an effect on age spots. From our daily experience, we can happily confirm this.

Please avoid exposing the treated areas to intense sunlight. This should generally be avoided.
