1. Conclusion of the Contract
By placing your order, you make a binding offer to us to conclude a contract with you. We can accept this offer by sending you an order confirmation via email or by delivering the ordered goods. Initially, you will receive an acknowledgment of receipt of your order by email to the email address you provided (order confirmation). However, a purchase contract is only concluded when we send our order confirmation by email to you or deliver the ordered goods.

When ordering through our online shop, the ordering process consists of only one step. You enter your billing and delivery data and your email address. You must agree to our General Terms and Conditions, which also include the privacy policy. After choosing one of our payment methods, you confirm the order by clicking the button “place order with obligation to pay.”

2. Storage of the Contract Text
We save the contract text of your order. You can print it out before sending your order to us by clicking “Print” in the last step of the order process. We will also send you an order confirmation and an order acceptance with all order data and our General Terms and Conditions to the email address you provided.

3. Retention of Title
The delivered goods remain our property until full payment of all claims.

4. Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices include the legally applicable value-added tax rate. This is clearly indicated for each product as well as in the shopping cart and during the ordering process.

Shipping Cost Calculation:
All deliveries are free of shipping costs throughout the EU.

5. Delivery Conditions
Unless otherwise stated in the offer, we will ship the goods within 2 working days after receipt of payment. For delivery on account or payment by direct debit, unless otherwise stated in the offer, we will ship the goods within 2 working days after delivery of the order confirmation. These times may vary to your advantage if you are already a known customer to us.

6. Payment Terms
Payment can be made by direct debit, bank transfer, or PayPal. By choosing the direct debit method, you authorize us to collect the invoice amount from your account for the respective order. If your account has insufficient funds and a resulting return debit occurs, we will charge you a fee of €10 (in addition to the invoice amount). Our privacy policy below applies to the storage of your account data. We reserve the right to exclude individual payment methods and, in individual cases (e.g., first orders, large amounts, or known payment problems), to withhold the goods until full payment is made. You are only entitled to offset if your counterclaims have been legally established or are undisputed. You may only exercise a right of retention insofar as the claims arise from the same contractual relationship.

We only pass your data on to the shipping company commissioned with the delivery insofar as this is necessary for the delivery of the goods. 11. Conditions for Therapists, Pharmacies, and Trade
Therapists, pharmacies, and trade receive specially tailored prices from us. The current price list can be requested from us at any time. We only make price recommendations for resale in the form of non-binding price suggestions. We may require individual proof of activity in all cases (e.g., trade license for trade). A therapist is someone previously identified by us as such. This may include, besides doctors, also alternative practitioners, nutritionists, and other professional groups related to health. In all cases, we reserve the right to refuse special conditions without giving reasons.
