Gently rub the affected areas twice daily with the burdock root balm and let it absorb for a few minutes.
The balm is often used to treat aching joints, even when no cause is apparent. In cases of Lyme disease, it is common for such pains to persist or recur even after the illness has passed. Burdock can be a real blessing here.
Traditionally, the ointment made from wild burdock is also a good home remedy for wounds or cracks. Wolf-Dieter Storl additionally describes an effect on age spots. Fortunately, we can confirm this from our daily experience.
Please avoid exposing the treated areas to intense sunlight. This should generally be avoided.
