Together with her husband Wolf-Dieter Storl, she undertook numerous research trips – including to India, the USA, and Switzerland. The knowledge gained about medicinal plants and traditional healing practices still benefits her today in treating everyday health problems of the family living in the Allgäu region. Ingo Storl studied media and marketing at the university in Neu-Ulm and has been leading the agency storlmedia in Isny since 2011.
