The Vegi Enzyme Mix contains the important enzymes bromelain, papain, amylase, lipase, protease, and rutin. Enzymes are complex molecules that can significantly accelerate biochemical reactions in the human body. They play a central role, for example, in metabolism and detoxification.
Bromelain is a natural enzyme extracted from the core of pineapple (Wobenzym).
Papain is an enzyme found in the juice of papaya. The plant uses it to defend against pests.
Amylase is an enzyme responsible in the body for breaking down starch and glycogen.
The enzyme lipase is needed by the body to digest fats.
Protease splits proteins or peptides (protein building blocks).
Rutin has antioxidant effects on humans. Targets include blood vessels and the intestines.
Vegi Enzyme Mix is delivered in vegan delayed-release capsules. These special capsules do not release the enzyme cocktail all at once but gradually. This ensures a constant level in the blood—all day and all night.
This dietary supplement is lactose-free, gluten-free, 100% VEGI, gelatin-free, and yeast-free.
Minimum shelf life: 2 years after delivery
Contents: 90 delayed-release capsules (enough for 30 days), net weight: 54g
Ingredients: bromelain powder, papain powder, amylase powder, capsule shell: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, rutin, lipase powder, protease powder, cottonseed oil
Dosage: Adults take three capsules daily distributed over meals with plenty of water.
Suitability: Not suitable for pregnant and breastfeeding women.
Three capsules contain:
360mg bromelain powder (864 F.I.P = enzyme activity units)
360mg papain powder (equivalent to 216 MCU)
300mg amylase powder (equivalent to 15,000 SKB U)
150mg lipase powder (equivalent to 17,257 U)
150mg protease powder (equivalent to 15,000 HUT)
180mg rutin
